Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on our photography packages under the following conditions:

  • The photoshoot session has not yet taken place
  • No business perks have been redeemed
  • Request is made within 7 days of purchase

2. Cancellation Policy

For photoshoot sessions:

  • Free rescheduling with 48 hours notice
  • Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a rebooking fee
  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Contact our support team via email
  • Include your order number and reason for refund
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Original payment method will be refunded

4. Exceptions

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Completed photoshoot sessions
  • Redeemed business perks or points
  • Digital products that have been downloaded
  • Custom or personalized services
