1. Refund Eligibility
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on our photography packages under the following conditions:
- The photoshoot session has not yet taken place
- No business perks have been redeemed
- Request is made within 7 days of purchase
2. Cancellation Policy
For photoshoot sessions:
- Free rescheduling with 48 hours notice
- Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a rebooking fee
- No-shows are not eligible for refunds
3. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team via email
- Include your order number and reason for refund
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Original payment method will be refunded
4. Exceptions
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Completed photoshoot sessions
- Redeemed business perks or points
- Digital products that have been downloaded
- Custom or personalized services
